As a former administrator and one that prides themselves on building a solid clinical team, I understand that staff development and in-servicing are two of the most important aspects of building a team that is able to serve the demanding clientele you treat. I often give in-services to employees and use humor and personal story telling to demonstrate skills and techniques to help better educate staff.
